Promoting company’s services and Make Appointments for the Sales Team.
Prepare telesales scripts and adjust them to alter sales strategy for different industries.
Follow-up and address queries from leads generated through telemarketing.
Generate and build a list of contacts using multiple channels and sources such as telephone and professional directories and social networking sites.
Provide weekly telemarketing report.
Data-entry.
Basic Administrative Work.
Requirements:
Only Female Applicants welcome.
Bilingual English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.
Excellent telephone etiquette with a pleasant deposition.
Pleasant and cheerful personality.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; internet savvy.
Excellent customer service skills.
Hard working, positive attitude and willing to learn.
Possess telemarketing experiences will be an added advantage.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
This is a full part time job with working hours from 8.30am – 5.30pm, 5 working days.
