Attending to customer enquiries via inbound calls & upselling.
– Explaining company’s products & services and must have the ability to meet customer’s needs.
– Ensure customers receive efficient and courteous service and work is performed under direct supervision
– Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
– Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
– Applicants must be willing to work in PJ area.
– Fresh Graduate / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
– Full-Time position(s) available.
– Candidate must be willing to work on shift, weekends & during public holidays.
– Working hours are between 7 am – 12 am (9 hours with 1 hour break).
