Executive, Fleet Admin & Operations – Kuala Lumpur – ORIX Leasing Malaysia Berhad

Responsibilities:
– To plan, supervise and coordinate daily vehicle delivery, collection, vehicle maintenance and accident repairs
– To plan, perform and coordinate vehicle inspection at Puspakom
– To update maintenance records in the Vehicle Maintenance System
– Communicate closely with Workshop and Operation and other departments, external service and maintenance providers to ensure efficient maintenance activities
– Review, monitor and analyze vehicle coordination efficiencies and able to devise new plan and suggestion for cost effectiveness

Requirements:
– Diploma in Automotive Engineering or similar discipline
– Those candidates with relevant work experience in similar position and have direct experience in workshop management and vehicle repair are encouraged to apply
– Excellent communication and organization skills
– Possess strong initiative approach to problem solving
– Possess pleasant personality
– Good command of English
