Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, candidate with more experience and good performance record may be considered as Senior Sales Associate
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent
• Candidate must possess pleasant personality, cheerful service attitude, good learning attitude and customer service oriented

Store Manager / Supervisor – Vans (Putrajaya / Johor Bahru)

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute sales and performance strategies
• Motivate and coach staff to meet sales targets and the overall company’s objectives
• Ensure the team is able to perform high quality standards in customer service
• Monitor and control inventory
• Manage staff performance, welfare and discipline

Requirements :
• Over 5 years’ store operational experience in retail environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial position
• Possess strong leadership qualities with excellent customer service and communication skill
• Must be a self-motivated team player with sales-driven mindset
• Must possess high initiative and demonstrate pro-activeness
• Able to lead by example and possess strong problem-solving skills
