Maideasy is a technology company that utilises technology to solve problems within the cleaning industry. We use on-demand technology to match households with cleaning providers to provide high quality cleaning services.
MaidEasy is seeking a Team Leader to lead the operations team at Maideasy. The team leader will delegate and manage tasks run by the sales, customer support and fullfilment departments to achieve designated KPI’s. The team leader must ensure that the departments under him/her are running smoothly as well as encourage feedback from team members to improve processes within the company.

The Team Leader must posses some leadership skills and has lead teams before. It can be teams at the workplace or university where leadership skills are needed. Preferably, we do need team leaders to have some science or mathematics or statistics background to develop relevant KPI’s for team members to achieve.

The Team leader must also exhibit business acumen to understand how Maideasy as a business operate. The candidate must also be articulate and convey the goals of the management to the team members with clarity. He/She must also be pleasant to work with and can work well within a team.

Requirements:
Minimum degree in a science/mathematics/engineering discipline. a Masters degree is preferable.
Experience in an MNC or a large start-up is preferred.
Leadership experience in running teams either professionally at the workplace or in university.
