Sales Executive – Penang – Nippon Hitech Malaysia Sdn Bhd

Excellent communication in English, Malay and Mandarin. Pleasant Looking with good attitude. Preferable Chinese. Straight forward, punctual and friendly. Age range : 25-35. Possessed own transport.

Responsibilities
•Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing project sales, project delivery schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
•Prepares and follows up on sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them; tender and contract terms, closing sales by agreeing terms & conditions.
•Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
•Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
•Managing and interpreting customer requirements; assists in implementing measurable for customer performance.◦Example: maintains sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team. Reports such as sales by individual representative, sales by product line and sales to individual customers. Besides, to provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders as a basis for forecasting cash flow.
•Assist in identifying current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
•Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
•Assist in establishing a new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers ; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
•Assist in preparing cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, and technical personnel
•Assist in making technical presentations and demonstrating how our product will meet client needs
•Any other duties as deemed fit by the superior.

Requirements
•Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Marketing or equivalent.
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
•Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus.
•A good team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
•Good negotiation & interpersonal skills, resourceful, responsible, committed, highly effective, dynamic and result-oriented.
•Strong communication skill and fluent in English & Mandarin, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
•A solid technical background.
•The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Applicants must be willing to travel oversea.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Penang Science Park,Simpang Ampant.
