JOB PURPOSE:
To provide support to the Operation Department.
Reporting To:
Manager – Customer Services/ Product Support
1. Sales:-
(a) Answering to Sales enquiries
(b) Sales administration
(c) Assist in organizing events
(d) Maintenance of sales agents, records and document
2. Customer Services
(a) Data entry of stocks and warranty records
(b) Answering customer calls/ enquiry/ technical support
(c) Liaison with manufacturer on delivery and warranty claim
(d) Liaison with ID, customers and vendor on delivery matter
(e) Supporting services to Independent Distributor
Preference will be given to candidates with good telemarketing experience.
