Sales cum Catering Manager – Kuala Lumpur – Ledco Sdn Bhd

100% Responsibility on the Outlet Sales Incremental
– Support and give more catering event to the company
– Planning new promotions and initiatives, and contributing to business development

URGENT
– 55% Prospect and Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
– 15% Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance.
– 10% Participate in weekly meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales-related meetings as required
– 10% Work with other departments within the hotel to provide quality service to customers.
– 5% Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings.
– 5% Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.

– Required skill(s) : Communication skill, interpersonal relation
– At least 3 year(s) and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
– Ability to handle urgent issues and meet tight deadlines
– Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia would have added advantage
