Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Delivery for all PO & plan delivery schedule;
• Data Entry for SO & DO into ERP;
• Prepare Proposal & Quotation for marketing:
• Project Registration Database;
• Update Outstanding Orders;
• To Summaries the day’s deliveries and keep proper records of all documents concern;
• Assist in handling the telephone switch board and attending to market phone calls;
• To attend walk-in cash customers / all deliveries – collect payment cash or credit card;
• Any other such duties assigned by Management as and when required
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/STPM/”A” Level/SPM/ Pre-U, Professional Certificate or equivalent in related field;
• Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply ;
• Able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Proactive and a fast learner;
• Good command with Microsoft office;
• Pleasant personality with good communications skills;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Able to work independently;
