We are hiring Sales Coordinator Cum Admin for our company based in Seberang Jaya, Pulau Pinang.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Assist coordinate the job between sales/ operation/ logistic via phone call, email & writing.
– Sales support activities such as shipment booking, inquires, recording/ tracking and follow up with both suppliers and customers.
– Prepare various shipping documents and assist/ support on customer’s queries in relation to order fulfillment documentation aspect.
– Visit to customers/ supplier for purpose of delivery and collection of documentation, Sales follow up, etc
– Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paper work and filing documents.
– Administer an accurate data entry in the system in compliance to customer’s requirements.
– To assist in some basic accounts matters.
– Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
– To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by immediate superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field
-Required skills: Computer literate, excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel,
Power Point)
-Prior experience in logistics, import/ export coordination and shipping is an
advantage
-Self-motivated, hardworking and well organised
-Able to work with minimum supervision
-Must possess own transportation to work
