Sales Coordinator Assistant – Selangor – Copier2U

Incorporated in 2000, Copier2U is in the business of marketing and servicing of office equipment, specializing in offering a comprehensive service package which includes prime office equipment, parts and consumables.

Responsibilities :
*Able to perform sales support functions and other administrative activities when necessary.
*Able to coordinate and handle customer requirements via phone, email or walk-in (Enquiries, Quotation, Purchase Order)
*Liaise with customer on delivery schedule and contract terms
*Compile progress report for weekly/monthly meetings
*Compile sales report in daily
*Handle all the administration works
*Able to perform ad hoc task/duties that assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirement :
*Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher *Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
*Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
*Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
*No work experience required. Training Provided.
*Full-Time position(s) available.
*Work Location : Taman Petaling Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
*Basic + EPF + Sosco
