Job Details:
• Salary Basic RM 1500 to RM 1800
• Commission & Incentive: Up to RM4000

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers through the enrollment process of life insurance package on-line, by voice through the telephone or in person
• Offer appropriate coverage options to prospective clients.
• Enroll non-exchange eligible’s into off-Exchange products
• Offer ancillary/voluntary supplemental products and short term medical plans
• Understanding of Carriers, web sites, plan benefits, provider networks in order to provide current and accurate information to a client or prospect.
• Use third party or carrier based quoting and enrollment software programs and guide applicants through paper and web-based processes
• Maintain an accurate Client Management System, using available software, ensuring that all data fields are filled and updated; gather all required documentation and materials for business submissions
• Provide customer services as required. May require written or verbal contact with clients to validate premium payments.
Requirements:
• SPM or above
• Age between 18 to 40 years old
• Good spoken English
• MALAYSIAN ONLY
