We provide excellent money changer and remittance service to our customer in accordance to company’s SOP and Money Laundering Prevention (“AMLA”). To create good relationship with customer by providing an excellent quality service to meet customer satisfaction.
• To conduct money changing and international remittance service for customers
• To support branch operations and branch administrative tasks.
• To assist supervisor’s job task as and when required.
• To resolve customer complaints
• To improved branch Sales performance
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
– Candidate must possess at least SPM OR Diploma
– Possess PC skills
– Good communication skills and service mind personality
– Have good team spirit
– Give people good impression. (presentable)
– Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
– Willing to work outdoors
– Able to work on weekends if cant work on weekdays-
