Job Responsibility
To responsible and accountable for the entire shop. e. g: manage Retail Assistant cum cashier, inventory, closing reports, sales performance and proper maintenance of the outlet;
To handle and oversee day to day process and operations those carried out in the outlet;
To monitor the inventory control like storekeeping, stock replenish, stock expiry, stock return and etc;
To recruit, train, coach and motivate any Retail Assistant cum Cashier to increase sales and ensure efficiency for the outlet;
To ensure the cleanliness of the outlet;
To build up relations with existing and potential customer(s) (walk in customer or dealer);
To attend customer’s enquiries and perform sales;
To respond customer complaints and comments and feedback to management;
To liaise with Headquarter departmental for any related matters
To perform any other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Motivated & euthusiastiz Person
Job Requirements
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
Possess relevant working experience in similar industry will be an added advantage;
Pleasant personality, self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision and committed to work;
Applicant will be required to work on weekends and Public Holidays
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage;
Language requirement : English & Chinese
