Assisting and overseeing asset management and properties related matters.

Responsibilities
1. To assist in creating and overseeing customized asset management strategies for investment properties owned by the company.
2. To assist in planning and directing the purchase, sale, and development of real estate properties on behalf of the company and considering factors such as property values, taxes, zoning, population growth, transportation and traffic volume and patterns.
3. To be part of negotiating team in enforcing leases, maintaining, securing premises and land banks.
4. To attend all real estate related administrative duties.
5. To admin and maintain the list of company owned properties and the list of properties for sale/rent.
6. To keep the properties keys for safekeeping and to be the contact person for Property Agents to collect properties/premises keys for unit viewing purposes.
7. To liaise with Legal Department for any corporate documents and tracking the completion of property transaction.
8. To maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies.
9. To compile the property related matters article/news etc from newspapers, magazine, articles, websites etc for data collection purposes.
10. To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
11. To ensure and demonstrate all SOPs are strictly adhered.

Requirements
• Preferably Degree holder in Land Administration & Development, Valuation, Property Management, Town Planning, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years property experience in land management and property leasing.
• Good network relationship and rapport with relevant Land Authorities and Government Agencies.
• Good understanding of local real estate’s act, rules, regulations and business environment.
• Mobile and willing to travel nationwide.
• Good communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
• Good track record in the delivery of targets.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Ampang, Selangor.
