1) Develop & Prompt outlets/HQ for orders on periodical basis
2) Develop workflow process for smoother operation
3) Coordinate deliveries with distributors ensuring on time delivery
4) Gather insights and information on market intelligence for business development (new outlet penetration)
5) Analysis of ordering patent and reporting on sales by key customer
6) Develop an understanding on key account management whilst handling key account selling
7) Building strong business relationship with customers by adding value to their business
8) Coordinate and achieve sales objective for assigned routes, outlets and area by brand and pack on daily basis

[ Requirement ]
> Possess minimum Five (5) years experience in FMCG sales; managing sales operations and distributor with a proven track record of sales achievement
> Minimum Diploma in any related dicipine
> Has experience in managing and leading field sales teams & merchandiser (i.e. team leader)
> Possess good communication skills, able to influence customers and stakeholders
> An independent individual with drive to produce results and able to work under pressure
> Computer literate
> Self-motivated and Goal oriented
> Possess own transport and highly mobile comfortable with field work
> Good Manner, High discipline , Versatile & Good looking
> Fluent in Malay, Mandarin & English (Mandarin speaker : BIG Advantage)
> Fast learner, able to work with minimum supervision
