We are looking for a resourceful Operation senior executive with experience in managing F&B establishment. Experience in managing Food court / eateries will be an added value.

Responsibilities include maintaining the establishment revenue, profitability
and quality goals. You will ensure efficient operation, as well as maintain
high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Responsibilities :
– Coordinate the entire establishment operation, including front-of-house and
back-of-house
– Manage vendors booking schedules and approvals
– Update weekly vendors schedule list
– Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
– Respond efficiently to customer complaints
– Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
– Organize and supervise shifts
– Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat
and productive
– Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
– Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
– Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as restaurant
supervisor
– Track operations and start corrective actions
Requirements
– Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
– Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
– Extensive food and beverage knowledge
– Computer literacy
Diploma in any field or BS degree in Business Administration/ management
– Proven working experience in F&B establishment
– Experience Level: 1-3 years
