Key Responsibilities:
Position: Security Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1)Manage, administer and effectively train Company’s security guard force, including Auxiliary Police, for Menara ExxonMobil, and if required, any other locations where Company’s guards are deployed.
2)Assist Company’s Management to implement recommendations of Company Global Security – Risk Management and Site Security Plan.
3)Input SPR (Security Program Review) and Security Incidents into IMPACT (Security System).
4)Responsible for site Security Manual and Procedures and ensure compliance by all security personnel.
5)Ensure preventive measures are put in place for the protection of Company’s assets and that the security guard force effectively protects the physical integrity of Company’s assets and reports all irregularities and incidents.
6)Coordinate the issuance, documentation and monitoring of Identification passes for all Company employees (including affiliate employees), third party contractor personnel and visitors, and ensure access procedures are being adhered to.
7)Responsible for the implementation of plans to deal with bomb threats, intruder response, suspicious mail handling and threat escalation tabletop exercises which are carried out annually, or as required by Company.
8)Such other responsibilities as may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
· -Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Qualification
· -2-3 years’ experience in related field
