At least SPM or above & at least 2 yrs of supervising experiences in manufacturing field. Good communication skills and able to interact at all levels. Experienced in Food Industry is preferred. Knowledge on HACCP, GMP, Allergen & Halal. Able to support shift work & overtime.
Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)
Requirements:-
· Candidate must possess at least SPM or STPM or Diploma in related field or equivalent
· Minimum 2-3 years of production supervising experience in food processing or any field related in manufacturing company
· Knowledge on HACCP, GMP, Allergen and HALAL
· Understand production process and able to supervise and lead the line staff to achieve objectives set
· Knowledge in ERP system, Globobox, Microsoft Excel & Outlook
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:-
· To supervise line leaders and production workers to ensure the products are produced according to SOP, product and packing specification.
· To ensure the quantity of the products is produced as per schedule planned
· To ensure the processing lines and machines are set up according to SOP for each and every production run
· To conduct daily briefing to line leader and workers on the production planned
· To identify the raw materials and ingredients to be used according to product and packing specification for each and every production planned
· To issue Material Transfer Note (MTN) and Sub Material Requisition Note (SMRN) for raw material and ingredient, respectively for each and every production run
· To manage and manpower allocation for production
· To verify the production report, output and yield for each and every production run against the standard
· To ensure the CCP is monitored and fulfill the standard
· To analyze or participate in trouble shooting of process and equipment trouble/abnormalities
· Responsible for acquisition and maintenance of plant structure, equipment and machine in processing plant
· To monitor the performance and discipline of the workers and line leaders
· To participate in trial run of each and every new products and contributes in trouble shooting of process and equipment if any
· To participate during audit and ensure the production in order
· To acknowledge QC reports for each and every production run
· To monitor the WIP stock level in production warehouse and finished products as and when necessary
· To disseminate information to QC inspectors about the company policies/memo and instruction from section head/HOD
