Dough production and tray wash area
Responsibilities:
– To monitor and supervise of the operational flow in Production floor and Traywash floor on designated shift
– Day Shift Duty – to ensure pre set up procedures are carried out correctly i.e. calibration of thermometers and scales and temperature check throughout production
– Afternoon Shift Duty – to ensure down stack are ready to shipped dough are allocated accordingly to down stack report and store order and pick and pack of vegetable and chilled products
– To check and ensure recording of records are done accurately and to generate daily production report (yield)
– Ensure sufficient of human resources for the designated shift
– Ensure clean and good working condition of all operation equipment during production
– To monitor daily raw material usage
– Responsible for production of sufficient daily dough (including buffer) and ad hoc request
– To coordinate and enforce cleaning activities as per master cleaning schedule
– To monitor the well being of the foreign worker working and living condition
– To perform MRF, CO01, CO02 and MIGO as per SAP PP module
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least SPM
– At least one (1) year working experience in food industry
– Able to lead a team of workers
– Possess good communication skill
– Preferably male
– Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam
