• Liaise with traffic Management consultant, authorities, & clients regarding temporary traffic diversion.
• Monitor & lead a traffic team to ensure the traffic equipment are as per Traffic Management Plan approval (TMP).
• Maintain traffic barriers, signboards, signals in good condition
• Prepare traffic management report TMSR
• Review drawings & advise plan for any change in TMP
• Responsible as leader for Emergency response team (ERT)
• Plan, coordinate and review the establishment of traffic safety plans, procedures and programs which inclusive or organizing prompt response during accidents or emergencies and coordinating traffic diversion activities
• Monitor and evaluate Traffic & Safety Unit staff conformance to the safety plans and procedures, company policy and objectives while conducting their duties to ensure the targeted productivity and quality standard are met
