Responsibilities: • Lead and manage entire technical team in a project. • Talk to users to understanding their needs and wants. • Scope of work would include documenting user, functional and technical documentation; development & testing; software installation & setup; training and eventually production support. • To design, develop and test codes according to project specification and application standards. • To be involved in all testing phases and support in project SIT & UAT. • Does problem determination and investigation on reported problems. Requirements: We seek for a colleague with a critical mind and a large dose of perseverance and can work and lead a technical team independently. In addition, you need to possess the following: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Actuarial or equivalent. • Possess a minimum of 5 to 6 years of working experience, at least 3 years of relevant experience. • Good understanding and grasp of the insurance domain business with bas
