Brief Job Description :
Responsible for smooth day-to-day operations of the Operations Department and maintain proper records of all service related activities. In charge of customer complaints and efficient handling of service schedule.
Requirements:
– Min. SPM or Diploma Holder
– Possess good communication and administrative skills
– 1 – 2 years working experience in Customer Service
– Able to work independently
