Job Description:
1. Lead, manage, and assist with litigation cause papers, trial, research, and other related work;
2. Preparing written opinions;
3. Drafting pleadings and other written statements, appearing in tribunal, court, arbitration or other judicial tribunals;
4. Reviewing complex legal documents, performing discovery, compiling and organizing documents;
5. Managing multiple files, corresponding with the client, and performing a variety of tasks under supervision or independently depending on level of seniority;
6. Immediate Hiring.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of working experience in Litigation practices;
2. Legally qualified and called to the Malaysian Bar. Post admission experience preferred but not essential;
3. Familiarity with Malaysian Court practices and procedures, Rules of Court 2012 and standard litigation concepts and procedures;
4. Committed and driven with a strong sense of accountability;
5. Fluent in Bahasa Melayu;
6. Strong command of English language;
7. Able to work independently and under pressure;
8. Team player, honest, and good in working attitude;
9. Well mannered, hardworking and responsible.
