* With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.
* Collect payments from delinquent customers.
* Call customers using all approved mode of communications.
* On overdue accounts and amount currently owed.
* Ensure all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses.
* Set up repayment plans for customers.
* Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by telephone or personal visits in order to solicit payment.
* Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
* High volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers.
* Meet defined department goals and activity metric.
* Always abide to the FDP, FSA, IFSA, AMLA and PDPA.
* Follow up frequently for payment commitments.
* To compile and submit information about problematic accounts to the Unit Manager.
REQUIREMENT :-
* Minimum SPM.
* Good communication skills ( BM & English ).
* Self discipline and Team player.
* Must have a valid driving license (for field visit only).
* Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage.
