The Recovery Manager will be responsible for managing third party relationships. He or she will be expected to raise expectations by creating a high accountability environment containing constant training and feedback. The Recovery Manager will lead the team in daily operations and decision making.
• Ensures compliance with clients, as well as company policies.
• Prepares weekly and monthly performance reporting.
• Manages staff, responsible for reaching and exceeding collection goals by effective follow through, coaching, counseling, monitoring, and development of staff.
• Ensures Key Performance Indicators are met.
• Fosters an atmosphere of cooperation and collaboration, providing a positive customer experience and meeting existing compliance standards
• Initiates, executes, and audits internal and external work strategies within the department and with third parties.
• Other duties that may be assigned.
