Quantity Surveyors is reponsible for figuring whats the cost of the projects making sure that project cost are managed efficiently- before projects starts surveyor can help with feasibility to study the project and also plan the costing for the project ,keeping the cost on track till the end.
Seeking funding sources and submitting bids, carrying out feasibility studies, preparing plans projects budjets bills of quantties and other documents,performing risk analysis evaluation,cost control, writing reports, preparing and submitting final accounts,making valuations, providing advice and forecast about costs supervising workers.
