– Good character, atitude, and integrity. Physically and mentally healthy.
– Applicant must be able to work in a team and under pressure.
– Possess valid driving license and own transport.
– Salary based on qualifications and working experience.

Job Description
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality System.
• Attend all tender site visit and pre-tender briefing as instructed.
• Preparation of tender, quantity taking-off, cost estimates, out-sourcing of quotations and ensure complete tender submission to client.
• Out-source for tender / quotation from sub-contractors.
• Maintain and distribute all project documents / correspondence / records as and when instructed by Contracts Manager / Project Manager.
• Attend weekly or monthly project meeting, as and when instructed.
