Purchasing Clerk – Selangor – Cosmo Restaurants Sdn Bhd

Requirement :
• Certificate / Diploma or equivalent
• Fresh graduate / school leavers who is looking for first job experience are encouraged to apply
• Able to speak in BM & English
• Willing to work on 5.5 days work / week in Putra Heights or Klang

Job Description:
• Compile incoming external vendors ordering from restaurants on weekly basis
• Prepare spreadsheet for approval and issues individual Purchase Order to supplier
• Attend to inquiries from restaurants on supplier’s delivery status and any other information
requirement
• Maintain an update record on halal Certificate and Product Specifications
• Responsible for daily checking of invoices and PO(s) for submission to finance
• Assist in getting quotations for comparison purposes
• Monitor outstanding Purchase Orders and incomplete delivery orders
• Recording and proper filing of quotations and documents
• Salary between RM1200 – RM1400
• Able to work independent with min supervision

Candidate must be wiling to work in Klang.
HQ office will be moving to Klang by July/Aug 2016.
