Advanced Diploma holder
At least 2-10 years of related field experiences
Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architect engineers, buyers, estimators, and surveyors before construction work starts
Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers the public and workforce
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget
