JOB DETAILS
Job description -To assist monitoring and control the flow of work and production specification by follow the standard operation procedure process to meet production output according to set quality and forecast requirements. -To monitor the employee to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipment, space and manpower to attain production targets. -To ensure on corrective action taken for rejects detected by Quality Assurance and Quality Control with objective of ensuring to minimal daily wastage of products. -To conduct on the job training of new or existing employees to ensure safe and smooth the daily operation for the employees and compliance with Safety Operating Procedures established. -To collaborate with maintenance department in trouble shooting, improving and solving problems related to machinery, equipment and production process. -To monitor cleanliness of workplace, machinery and equipment as well as arranging the equipment to ensure workplace is orderly,
