Responsible to organise, schedule and activities of the restaurant
– Menu planning with the chef and inspection of safety and healthy precautions
– Handle functions with internal & external customers
– Developing marketing, advertising and promotional strategies and campaign of the restaurant
– Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services management or equivalent.
– Required skill(s) : Basic accounting knowledge and computer literate, self motivated and hardworking with a positive outlook, excellent customer services, interaction & management skills, able to make decisions and handle unexpected situations.
– Required language(s) : Malay, English
– At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
– Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
– Willing to work on weekend and Public Holiday
– Female only
