Operations Executive – Kuala Lumpur – IS Group

The Job:
As a customer service exec, you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately.

Job Description:
• Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal in Bahasa
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• To handle all registration upon submission of complete documents from visitors.
• To prepare starter kit for all registered members.
• To assist and participate in any ad-hoc task as required

Job Requirements:.
• Able to work late on month end closing periods (2 days)
• Attention to detail and able to work independently
• Able to start immediately
