1. Policy & Procedures -Ensure that all operational & employee policies and procedures are enforced, kept up to date & followed through. -Develop strategy to measure and ensure that all employees (new hires & tenured employees) are trained in operations policies and procedures. -Ensure that the assigned beauty haven is always ‘audit-ready’. 2.Store Facility/ Management / Interior & Exterior -Liaise with maintenance personnel on all construction, minor works, and renovations and machine / apparatus’ maintenance. -Coordinate with Building Management should there be any noise pollution / water leakage / building related problems. -Ensure that the interior and exterior outlook of the premises are in good & presentable condition. -Ensure that the assigned outlet is fully equipped and stocked (retail / salon products, sundry / groceries / miscellaneous items. -Ensure that all equipment and parts are ordered on time from th
