RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Ability to lead, motivate and support team member.
– Ensure adherence of SOP and service excellence in accordance to Principals’ guidelines.
– Monitor performances and provide feedbacks to achieve KPIs set by Principals.
– Prepare regular reports to management.
REQUIREMENTS :
– Candidate must possess at least 1-2 years of operation experiences.
– Possess Diploma/Degree in any field.
– Strong analytical skills and self-motivated.
– Work independently with minimum supervision.
– Share a positive attitude with fellow colleagues.
– Friendly, approachable, service oriented and customer focused.
