 Answer phone call to provide information about car rental and receive order from customer
 Provide information about rental items such as availability, operation or car description
 Inspect and adjust rental items to meet customer need
 Explain rental policies, fees and procedure
 Prepare rental forms, obtaining customer signature and other information related such as license
 Keep record of transaction
 Check car condition in daily basis for any damage or maintenance required
 Send and pick up car to car wash
 Ensure reporting is made in a timely manner
 Others related task required by management
