The successful applicant is responsible to support the day-today office/business operations. Key area of support is to sales and marketing team, invoicing, preparation of quotation and collection followup.
Responsibilities:
1. To perform general administrative,basic accounting and payroll matters.
2. Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash voucher, Journal, payslip, salary calculation, accounts receivable and processing of accounts payables and bank reconciliation.
3. Prepare and update of sales invoices, debit note and credit note in accounting system.
4. Data entry and Provide day to day administration support to the Management Office.
5. To maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
6. Pleasant personality, presentable and able to interact well with people.
7. Any other ad-hoc tasks, as and when required by the management
Requirements:
* Preferably female.
* Age 20-35 Years Old
* With own transport
* With basic working experience and familiar with Microsoft Office(Excel).
* Fluent in English/ Mandarin
* Able to work independently.
* Mature, honest & trustworthy.
