RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To perform day-to-day management of Mechanical and Electrical works delegated/assigned by the superior.
2. Co-ordination of M&E Sub-contractors.
3. Assists superior in co-ordination with services provider, government, local authority and all relevant consultants whenever necessary.
4. Check all M&E materials delivered by the sub-contractor against contract and specification before installation.
5. Check all M&E works that are installed against shop drawing, construction drawing and local bylaw.
6. Check all drawings issued by relevant consultants for work and co-ordination.
7. Provide support to superior on all necessary presentation, submission, site memorandum and monthly report.
8. Attend site, consultant meeting as instructed by the superior.
9. Lead in all testing and commissioning of M&E works.
10. To advise superior of potential M&E problems and their effect on the project.
11. To propose solutions to the M&E problems and to initiate procedures for resolutions.
12. To supervise subcontractor on M&E work on-sites.
13. To implement and comply with the relevant policies, procedures and instructions as required by the QHS management system.
14. To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or experienced candidates with SPM.
2. Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English (written and spoken).
3. Working experience is essential but not mandatory.
4. Sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering system, principles and practices especially in construction and development industry.
5. Reliable, punctual, trustworthy and able to work independently.
6. Able to abide to the government regulatory on M&E and site safety measures.
7. Computer literate.

Salary commensurate with experience.
