JOB DETAILS
Job Description:  Responsible in operations of Order processing, tracking, and monitoring of orders, and ensuring quality and smoothness of operations.  Liaise with internal contacts including affiliate management, finance, sales and marketing.  Liaise with logistic service provider on matters related order, delivery.  Ensuring orders are processed smoothly end-to-end in a timely manner (from checking stock allocation, warehouse stock and PO details, to liaising with 3PL to ensure delivery of orders have been completed.  Handling other processes using the company’s internal SAP systems. Other operational work with usage of Microsoft Office  Ensure the order life cycle requirements are met within a timely manner and providing expertise to the sales team and associated customers in all matters relating to customer order.  Work closely with different departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize workflows.
