JOB DETAILS
• Monitor and manage the availability of managed virtual and physical servers through Pulseway’s Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) system. • Provide instant technical support on technical issue detected in the Pulseway RMM system. • Provide remote diagnostic service to resolve the incident in the soonest time possible and within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). • Take ownership of the detected technical incident. • Escalate the incident support to internal 1st level Support Engineer, internal Project Engineer or product Principal, if required • Closed the incident ticket in Service Desk system upon resolution of the technical issue. • Produce incident or Root Cause Analyst (RCA) report, if required. • Generate monthly performance and system utilization reports on managed virtual and physical servers. • Provide tuning, upgrade or patching recommendation in the performance report. • Perform tuning, upgrade or patching service
