– To record & monitor laundry cost.
– To handle customer relations
– Fills in for workers who don’t show up and assists staffs with job as when required
– To monitor daily operation at our kiosk in Kelana Jaya LRT Station.
– To ensure all kiosk assistant to follow the SOP and quality control guideline.
– To manage daily logistic of our Pick up & Delivery team.
– To prepare report and daily sales updates.
– To liaise closely with the Operation Manager on daily staff reporting.
– Prepared to lead bigger team when we open more laundry kiosk.
