RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all is affairs to related the payroll company.
Settle an matters related to the Government report as EPF, SOCSO and HRDF
Be independent and work well together
Able to work overtime under certain circumstances
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes manpower planning and recruitment ,training and development, personnel management, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, security and other HR related support services
A. Qualification ( Competency and Requirement )
• Degree/diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
• Self-motivated and highly discipline
• Strong administration and organizational skills.
• Languages required: English, Malay
• A high level of confidentiality, tactful and diplomatic.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enjoy working with people and a good team player.
• 5 days work week. Alternate for Saturday
