4.One year experience in HR

Job Description
-Perform manpower planning and recruitment activities including arranging and conducting interviews
-Arrange for staff training
-Payroll Management
-Attend to employee quires in the areas of pay, benefits and taxes
-Responsible for daily HR correspondence and documentations
-Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements-submission of mandatory contributions
-Administer and process monthly payroll and the related statutory payment submissions, and also preparing payroll report
-Responsible for system data management of updating, maintaining, and safe keeping of emloyee’s personal files
-Provide support and assist in other HR related function
-Handling issues staff such as performance, disciplinary and personality.
