Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Sourcing, Managing Workers, Training and Employee Relations activities.
Key Responsibilities
– Responsible to manage full spectrum of recruitment functions, which include sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement of potential candidates according to the organizational requirements and candidates’ suitability;
– Identify and implement recruitment solutions to attract appropriate level and quality of talents by utilizing all possible (new and effective) recruitment channels / tools for best results;
-Coordinate with internal hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are fulfilled in a timely manner;
-Establish and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources;
-Prepare reports on recruitment, headcount and recruitment related analytical report for management review;
-Monitor, analyze and report monthly / yearly attrition and ensure request on recruitment matters are met promptly and effectively;
-Monitor and notify supervisors on contract renewal
