Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s in Admin & HR Management
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent
Familiar with Labour Law & Employment Act
Responsibilities
To provide secretarial assistance to Director.
Possess good working attitude and self-starter.
Organize, handle, and coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Responsible to manage office general affairs, as in dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondences, proper documents and records filling.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and presentations.
Handle attendance/leave application/overtime and generate reports, etc.
Responsible for safety & security
