Job Description
Applicants have to meet the following requirements:
(i). Age – Min 30 years; Max 55 Years,
(ii). A Diploma or a Degree in Food Service and Hospitality Management from a certified Institution. A copy of the certificate is required to be attached to the application,
(iii). A minimum of five (5) years experience as a Senior Food and Beverage Executive in either Hotels or Recreational Clubs,
(iv). Actively use computer software’s like Word and Excel and Outlook,
(v). Must be knowledgeable in the preparation of F&B Budgets, Cost Control and Asset Management and an understanding of Customer service.
Please submit along with your application two (2) job referees.
Other information
(i). The shortlisted candidate(s) will be required to submit a reference that is not older than a year from a previous employer;
(ii). The successful candidate will have to pass a medical fitness test.
