Job Description
· Attend and provide prompt feedback to dealers inquiries (FB, Email, Phone, Walk-in)
· To coordinate and follow-up with all query by Dealers until find solutions.
· Provide full coordination support to the team.
· Prepare daily report.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
· Can work in flexible working hours
Requirements:
• Must possess at least SPM certificate
• Customer-oriented, punctual, positive attitude, initiative and proactive
• Pleasant personality, good etiquette and good communication skill
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Applicant should be Malaysia citizens
