Customer Service Exec will report to the Assistant Affiliate Operation Manager and will assist with all tasks relating to office administration. The Customer Service Exec will collaborate and assist with other departments as needed. The successful person in this position is ideally educated in handling all related administrative and front desk work.

• Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal in Bahasa
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• To handle all registration upon submission of complete documents from visitors.
• To prepare starter kit for all registered members.
• To assist and participate in any ad-hoc task as required
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in any field of studies.
• Able to work late on end of the months (maximum 2 days)
• Attention to detail and able to work independently
• Able to start immediately
Key Competencies:
• Solid administrative skill.
• Ability to multi-task.
Min. Qualifications:
• Certificate in any related field or studies.
• Computer literate
• Good communication and written skill.
• Possess own transport
• Flexible working hours on month end
