Customer Service Executive – Kuala Lumpur – Sk Rich International Sdn Bhd

JOB DESCRIPTION:
– 90% of the time will be chatting with clients (use Facebook / what apps/ phone)
– 10% of the time on completing paper work
– Handle client inquiries
– Manage client account efficiently
– Handle training for online sales staff
– Resolve customer service inquiries and issue promptly, ensure customer’s records are updated
into customer database accurately
– Prepare contacts report and analysis on inbound/outbound calls

REQUIREMENTS:
– Candidate must posses at least in Mass Communication/Business admin
– Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft office application
– Good interpersonal and communication skills
– Applicant should be Malaysian citizens
– Have skill to training staff
– Prefer age:18-35 year
– At least 4 years experience in customer service
– Must be target driven and able to hit KPI’s

Working hours: 9.00am-6.00 pm
