Customer Service & Admin Officer – Selangor – ECS Facility Management Sdn Bhd

We are a property management company which is looking for applicants to fill-up a front desk job.

You role is to liaise with owners, tenants, service providers on their requests and also administrative works.
– To generate quarterly maintenance charges bill.
– To prepare daily collection report.
– To prepare daily report.
– To handle incoming/ outgoing communications.
– To handle filing, owner complaints, booking of common facilities.
– Others which will be assigned from time to time by Management
– Applicants that have past experiences working in Management office in Condominium is encouraged to apply.
